Savannese 101

A few translations, if you ever happen to be baby-sitting my youngest child:

"Webbiss" = breakfast

"Oohbiss" = goldfish (crackers)

"Eye-belly" = library

"Oy" = Chelsea (I know, this one is nuts. How you get to "Oy" from "Chelsea" is a mystery.)

"Nanna" = Savannah

"Ooh-lee-nana" = Juliana (my mom's name)

"Mamma" = Llama (she's still into them)

"My" = I (as in "MY DO DAT!")

And here's a picture of the little precious-kins on her birthday. Just because.

OMGosh, Heidi, she is getting so big!!!! I can't get over how much they're growing :-(. I love Savannah's language, Lauren has her own as well. Though the language is cute, there are just some scenarios where you wished their articulation was up to par.

Case in point, Lauren's word for Sick is Dick, don't ask......So this past Sunday at church, might I add which was also Palm Sunday so the church is usually fuller, all you hear Lauren yelling is "Dick, Dick, I'm Dick"...not such a fun sermon for the fam LOL. Thanks for posting the picks and the language lessons ;-)

Hey Trekkie,
Of course I know it's you! (Using Lauren's name kinda gave you away!)
Thanks for sharing, she's too funny!
