She's 13. This February, she was diagnosed with liver cancer (hence the radical, totally awesome hair-cut).
She and a friend designed these bracelets:
They say "Fact: I can beat this." (They are big fans of The Office. Who knew?) Each bracelet costs $2. That's less than a latte at Starbucks, people. They come in adult and teen size. And money from their sale supports children's cancer research.
I'm asking you to send me two dollars. In return for this minuscule investment, you will receive:
-a beautiful bracelet
-pride in knowing you are supporting an insanely good cause
-my abundant gratitude
If you have two dollars (c'mon! of course you have two dollars!!!) leave a comment here or send me an email: heidislong AT yahoo DOT com.

You rock, Lisa. Yes, that's fine. Thank you so much!
TWWWWWWOOOOOO DOOOOLLLLLLLLAARRSSSSSSS.
Yeah, I think I can swing it. Email me your address.
We'll take two. For both our girls. In teen size. Do you do the paypal thing?
Ginger:
I DO have a PayPal account... but I don't know how it works. I stopped at the point where it wanted me to input my bank acct info... too sketchy. So they say I am "unverified." I don't know if that means I can't RECEIVE money. Do you want to be the guinea pig and try it? My email addy attached to that acct is heidisummers AT yahoo DOT com. Let me know if you try it and if it seems to work!
Thanks and good luck!
Hey Heidi. I just send you some PayPal dollars. Looks like it worked from my end of things.
I'm unverified too. In my opinion that works just fine. I've bought and sold lots with my paypal account and never had a problem.
Later Skater!
hey cool!
thanks, ginger, that's good to know. i appreciate it!
Hello.
I would like to donate this money to Kendra and the other children. I am also a huge "The Office," fan and would like to give my brother, Ryan, who is fighting cancer for the second time after 8 years the bracelet. Thank you for your time. Please instruct me how to make this happen.
Thoughts and prayers,
Kristin
Kristin (and anyone else who is interested): please email me heidislong AT yahoo DOT com and i'll be happy to help you!
Thanks so much for your support of Kendra! It means so much to our family.
